Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for transit and professional assembly in your home.
Do you offer international shipping for decor items?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your status by logging into your Appointed account dashboard.
